Welcome to the website page of NEURO-IFRAH CLINICS by Waleed™ — Dallas (the “Clinic,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using this website page (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. No Patient–Provider Relationship
Your use of the Site—including sending a message or requesting an appointment—does not create a therapist–patient or provider–patient relationship. A therapeutic relationship is formed only after you are accepted as a patient and complete Clinic intake and consent in our clinical systems.
4. Eligibility; Geographic Scope
This Site is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older and primarily for users located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent you meet these requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data;
● Interfere with Site operation (e.g., malware, scraping at scale, automated harvesting);
● Use the Site to send spam, solicitations, or abusive content.
We may suspend or restrict access for any violation.
6. User Submissions; No PHI Through the Site

Al-Oboudi, Neuro-IFRAH®, or licensed to the Clinic and is protected by intellectual-property laws. 9. Privacy & HIPAA
Website data practices are described in our Website Privacy Policy. Use of medical information in the course of care is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. These documents are separate and incorporated by reference.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CLINIC AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

13. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
